- 2nd UK issue has a “large” spiral logo above spindle hole, black printing, outline “VERTIGO” to the bottom of label, without “A PHILIPS RECORD PRODUCT”, gatefold sleeve without “A PHILIPS RECORDS PRODUCT” printed in white lettering on second panel in inner spread;
