mono/stereo, front laminated single sleeve “printed in England by Clout & Baker Ltd.” with pinched spine, without upper right “indicator hole” on back cover, red inner (mono) or blue inner (stereo), white DERAM label with upper brown (mono) or red (stereo) half containing the “large fonted” company name, “black boxed mono/stereo” below spindle hole, “MADE IN ENGLAND BY THE DECCA RECORD CO. LTD.” on the upper rim & “ALL RIGHTS OF THE MANUFACTURER …” on the lower white outer rim, “℗ 1969”  & “J/T” tax-code to the bottom of the label;
• (mono version) ​stamped matrix on Side 1: ARL-8580-1A; stamped matrix on Side 2:  ARL-8581-1A;
• (stereo version) ​stamped matrix on Side 1: ZAL-8580-1W; stamped matrix on Side 2:  ZAL-8581-1W;
- 2nd UK issue has a white DERAM label with upper red half containing the “small fonted” company name, “MADE IN ENGLAND” & “THE DECCA RECORD CO. LTD.” on the upper label, “ALL RIGHTS OF THE MANUFACTURER …” perimeter text along upper outer rim;
